This course is for anyone who gained their SIA qualifications post April 2021 or completed a DS or CP Top Up course since October 2021.

Please note if you hold a pre April 2021 SIA qualification and you have not taken a Top Up course then you cannot take the Refresher course. If you are in any doubt as to which course, you should be taking please e mail the office on Support@ultimatetrainingni.com. This training requires a reasonable level of physical fitness. It does not exclude people with disabilities but all injuries must be notified in advance of the course. Ultimate Training Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries that were not reported prior to or during the course. The Refresher course consists of: Pre course completion of E-Learning or workbook which will be sent via e mail, first aid e learning from our e learning Moodle, ACT Awareness and ACT Security which is completed at our e-learning Moodle plate from the details will be email to you.

Please note pre course work cannot be completed on the day or after the course. No refunds will be issued for non-completion of pre course work. During the course you will complete: Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work practical and exam.

The exam is based on the pre course e learning 15 questions, pass mark is 11.

If you already hold a first aid qualification with at least 12moths before it expires, please e mail a copy to ultimate training to confirm whether it is acceptable to the SIA. First aid practical and exam must be passed before sitting the refresher exam.

Principles of Working as a Door Supervisor – 35 questions, pass mark is 26. Application of Physical Intervention – 30 questions, pass mark is 24. An observed practical assessment of searching (people, bags and clothing) and physical intervention.

The cost of the course includes Registration, Certification, tea & coffee. The fee for the license is not included.
